How to make
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Arrange them on a nice plate and season with a splash of olive oil, fresh basil and a pinch of salt. Drain the mozzarella balls and put them on top of the tomatoes. Then add the cucumber on the side and the asparagus on top.
Complete the dish with one more squirt of extra olive oil and basil.
