Balsamic vinegar and black olives
How to make
Preparation of the dressing:
We put all the ingredients in a pot on the fire and let it reduce the preparation until it forms a liquid that looks like syrup.
Preparation of the capresse salad:
Cut the cheese and tomatoes into thin slices and reserve
We have the tomatoes, cheese and basil interleaved.
Add the sliced or whole black olives on top of the previous preparation.
Garnish with a little of the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Olive oil
Fresh basil
black olives
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar dressing:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup of water
¼ cup sugar
