How to make

We wash the tomatoes very well and in this case we cut in half.
Drain the mozzarella well and pass under the tap with cold water to remove the rest of the whey from its exterior.
We assemble the salad with the tomatoes and the mozzarella.

2 fiordilatte cow's milk mozzarella
4 tomatoes
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
