How to make

Wash the mozzarella and cut them into slices. Arrange them on a nice plate and season with a splash of olive oil, fresh dark basil and a pinch of salt.

Complete the dish with vinegar and a couple of basil leaves.

Yellow heirloom tomatoes
Mozzarella
Purple basil
A drizzle of sweet balsamic vinegar
