How to make

We wash the tomatoes very well and in this case we divide into tacos.
Drain the mozzarella well and pass under the tap with cold water to remove the rest of the whey from its exterior.
We assemble the tomatoes with the almonds, the mozzarella and the basil on top.

Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Basil leaves
Seasoned with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
And then, the final touch, sprinkle with laminated almonds
Oregano
