How to make
Preparation of the pesto:
We put the garlic, the fresh basil leaves and the pine nuts in the mortar and crush.
When we have formed the pesto base paste, we add oil and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to our liking.
Preparation of the salad:
We wash the tomatoes very well and in this case we cut in half.
Drain the mozzarella well and pass under the tap with cold water to remove the rest of the whey from its exterior.
We assemble the salad with the tomatoes, the mozzarella, the pesto and pine nuts.
