Restaurant Cichetti

How to make

Alternate your tomatoes and cheese slices on one side of your plate and place your avocado in the empty side of it.
Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper, pluck some fresh basil leaves to decorate before serving it up

Ingredients

One ripe tomatoe, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Mozzarella, slicen into 1/4 inch thick rounds
Half avocado sliced 1/4inch thick
Fresh basil
Sal
Pepper
One tablespoon of exte-virgin olive oil
